Anti-SLAPP Curriculum - Spain
These six modules produced by FIBGAR aim to offer a brief overview of the phenomenon of Strategic lawsuits against Public Participation (SLAPPs), by providing a basic understanding of the phenomenon, its most characteristic elements, the strategies that are often resorted to in the context of these claims, and finally the ways in which SLAPPs can be tackled.
