Curriculum Resources for Anti-SLAPP training

PATFox is developing Europe’s first anti-SLAPP curriculum, drawing both on international expertise and European human rights principles, as well as local procedural knowledge and case law.

A handbook for our core EU and international law module is now available, alongside SLAPP case studies drawn from 11 EU member states, local curriculum materials and videos.

You can use the drop-down menu on the left to sort these curriculum materials by:

  • country

  • format (eg video, core curriculum)

  • language

Alternatively, you can view a full index of resources posted to date.

Details of future PATFox training events can be found on our calendar,
